The building will be three stories high and will fully comply with modern construction standards.
During the construction work, active groundwater was discovered at a depth of about 40 cm, which created certain difficulties. In this regard, the Ministry of Construction decided to use a pile foundation.
"At the first stage, drilling of wells is carried out, after which a reinforcement frame is installed in the dense soil layers at a depth of up to nine meters, and concrete is poured. This type of foundation is called a pile foundation," the ministry reported.This technology allows for the creation of an artificially reinforced base, replacing unstable wet soil with a solid structure, which significantly increases the reliability of the building.
Currently, work on the installation of reinforcement is ongoing.
