In the Batken region, as a result of a fire, a resident of the village of Kök-Tash, Buuziya Kamalidinova, was handed an insurance certificate for the amount of 450,000 soms. This was reported by the president's representative in the region.
The fire, which occurred on February 21, 2026, at 11:30 PM, was caused by a short circuit in the electrical wiring and completely destroyed her six-room house.
Additionally, on January 23, 2026, an incident occurred involving a Toyota Hilux vehicle belonging to the ambulance service in the village of Min-Chynar in the Kadamjay district. As a result of the accident, the regional unified hospital suffered material damage, and the insurance compensation amounted to 870,470 soms.
The state insurance organization continues to make timely payments, which helps protect citizens' property and mitigate the consequences of various emergencies.
According to the Batken branch of the State Insurance Organization, since the beginning of 2026, a total of 2,193,275 soms has been paid to 9 citizens in the region. Of this amount:
- 988,406 soms were paid to 6 citizens for damaged housing under the OSH;
- 334,399 soms were received by 2 citizens under the CTP for damages caused in a traffic accident;
- 870,470 soms was the compensation under CASCO for the ambulance vehicle.
