According to the agency, if violations are found during the process of confirming the compliance of goods, this may lead to the suspension or annulment of the expert's competence certificate.
Among the reasons for the termination of the certificate's validity are: the annulment of two or more issued documents within the last two years, a lack of professional activity for a year, refusal of inspection control, as well as the provision of false information.
The CSM emphasized that experts are required to strictly adhere to the established requirements and procedures for compliance assessment, as well as to comply with the technical regulations of the Customs and Eurasian Economic Unions.
The agency also highlighted that adherence to these rules is crucial for ensuring the quality and safety of products, as well as for increasing trust in the national compliance assessment system.
