The meeting took place at the Aaly Osmonov National Library and gathered participants both in person and online, including the ministry's leadership and staff from its central office, as well as representatives from regional institutions.

During the meeting, participants discussed the application of the law's provisions, as well as the use of the state language in various areas: from regulatory legal acts and document management to mass media and broadcasting. Special attention was paid to how the Kyrgyz language is used in official documents, organization names, seals, forms, as well as in the digital space and service sector.
The Deputy Minister of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy, Askaraly Madaminov, presented data on the implementation of the state language in the relevant field.
The Chairman of the National Commission, Melis Murataliev, noted that "the state language requires not protection, but active use," emphasizing its importance for further development.
During the event, digital resources related to the state language were also presented, and participants were able to ask questions on topics of interest.
