The vice-champion "Muras United" from Manas is left without coaches: Sergey Puchkov and Igor Pokarinin have left the club. This decision has sparked considerable debate.
Puchkov returned to the team this summer and successfully led them to the group stage of the AFC Challenge Cup, and then to the playoffs, finishing first in the tournament in Bishkek. However, in the Premier League, the team failed to secure the championship title and lost in the final of the national cup. Despite this, the club's management decided to implement radical changes.
Will this lead to negative consequences? In March, the team is set to battle in the playoffs of the AFC Challenge Cup, where "Muras United" will represent not only themselves but all of Kyrgyzstan.

Last year's champion and bronze medalist of the season "Abdysh-Ata" is also undergoing staffing changes. Coach Khursit Lutfullaev has left along with Igor Gavshin, Vladislav Geraschenko, and Diana Akhmedova.
The team from Kant was unable to defend their title, did not make it to the playoffs of the AFC Challenge Cup, and was eliminated from the cup in the early stages. Partly, this decision seems logical.

The Kara-Balta club "Kyrgyzaltyn" also made a change in the coaching position when they replaced Vladimir Tunkin with Alexander Beldinov in the summer. As a result, the team finished the season in 10th place out of 14 teams, after finishing last for four consecutive seasons.
