In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, a major kickboxing tournament called the "Cup of Friendship" took place. As reported by the ISKA KR Kickboxing Federation, the event gathered a record number of participants—over 900 athletes from various regions of Kyrgyzstan, as well as from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Iran.

For four days, athletes competed for medals in different kickboxing disciplines: Point-Fighting, Full-Contact, and K-1.

In addition to traditional fights, championship belts and cash prizes were contested at the tournament, which further heightened the tension in the competitions.

Abdimital Tynarbekov, a student of the famous kickboxer Zhanbulat Amantaev, became the winner in the gala fights for belts in the "K-1" version. In another weight category in the same version, Kazakh athlete Makhu Abdurauf triumphed.

In the "Full-Contact" version, the belt was won by Nematjon Tuychiev from Uzbekistan.

The main fight in the "Point-Fighting" discipline was won by Bekzat Kasymov.

The Federation noted that the "Cup of Friendship" became a significant sporting event, uniting various schools and styles of martial arts, all operating under a unified kickboxing regulation.

It is worth noting that in May of this year, the presentation of the ISKA Kickboxing Federation took place in Bishkek, which is an international organization engaged in both amateur and professional kickboxing.

Previously, there was only one kickboxing federation operating in Kyrgyzstan, which worked under the auspices of WAKO (World Association of Kickboxing Organizations), organizing competitions within the framework of the World Martial Arts Games and the Asian Games in venues and other events.
