Kyrgyzstan Woman Wins Gold at the World Championship in Toguz Korgool in Almaty

The second world championship in toguz korgool for boys and girls has concluded in Almaty, as reported by the federation of this sport.

This year, 180 athletes from 21 countries participated in the competition, which is significantly more than at the first championship held in 2023, where 136 athletes from 17 countries competed.

The competitions were held in three main disciplines, each requiring unique thinking speed and strategy. Kyrgyzstan was represented by 24 athletes from seven regions at this championship. The only gold medal was won by Upol Abdymunova in the U-15 (standard) category, and our athletes also earned 13 bronze medals, as noted in the official statement from the federation.
