Wrestlers from Kyrgyzstan won 7 medals at the World Grappling Championship

At the UWW World Grappling Championship held in Greece, Kyrgyzstani wrestlers won 7 medals.

The competitions took place from October 30 to November 5 in the city of Loutraki.

The Kyrgyz team included athletes from the clubs "Nomad Fights" and "Nomad Grappling".

Konstantin Li won the gold medal in the No Gi discipline in the weight category up to 100 kg, becoming the world champion.

Uultai Jekshenbekova was awarded a silver medal in the Gi category up to 40 kg and a bronze in No Gi.

Mars Kalbaev (up to 62 kg), Adilet Tilebaldiev (up to 71 kg), and Nurlan Sarybashev (up to 77 kg) also won silver, while Aibek Arsymbaev (up to 62 kg) took home a bronze medal.
