The CAVA Cup-2025 competitions took place from December 19 to 25 in the capital of the Maldives, Male, where teams from Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and the hosts participated.
As a result of the tournament, the following players were included in the symbolic team:
- Asema Seitbekova — best libero;
- Saykal Amirakulova — best blocker;
- Nurjamal Bolotbekova — best outside hitter.
It is worth noting that in the final, the Kyrgyz team won against the Maldives national team with a score of 3:1.
Additionally, in the previous matches, the athletes from Kyrgyzstan confidently defeated the teams from Bangladesh and Afghanistan, although in one of the games they lost to the hosts of the tournament. In the semifinals, our volleyball players showed strength and defeated the Afghanistan national team.
