If you think you know enough about Kyrgyzstan, you are mistaken. Life in the highlands is difficult, dangerous, and incredibly interesting. Zhayloo is the mountain summer pasture of Kyrgyz farmers. Life here has hardly changed for centuries. For two weeks, journalists Lena Nechaeva and Evgeny Pechurin decide to spend time away from civilization at an altitude of nearly 4,000 meters above sea level. They will immerse themselves in an unfamiliar new world. They will live in a yurt, take care of livestock, prepare food and drinks using ancient recipes, hunt, and ride horses. To become part of zhayloo, they will have to learn a lot, cope with everyday hardships, and overcome their fears.
