The Central Election Commission and Referendum Conduct Commission published updates in the Register of Violations and Complaints regarding the early elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, scheduled for November 30.

Information was received by the Department of Internal Affairs of the Bazar-Korgon District about a publication made by a resident of the village of Arstanbap, M.A. Mamadaliev, on his Facebook page.

The message contains the following text (translated from Kyrgyz): “J. Abduhalilov, while serving as the chairman of the village council, used a service vehicle and an excavator to transport soil to the village of Arstanbap-Ata at the Shorbulak site during the election campaign. At the same time, electrical materials for connection were not provided either by the village administration or by the employees of the energy supply company.”

This information was registered on November 3 in the automated information system "Information Accounting Journal" under number 02-066-2025-002117.

After an investigation conducted on November 4, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Bazar-Korgon District decided not to initiate a criminal case, citing paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 27 of the Criminal Procedure Code, as no elements of a crime were established.
