The police reviewed the complaint regarding the publication with negative comments about the parliamentary candidate Maliev.

The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums published data from the Register of Complaints and Violations regarding the early elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh, scheduled for November 30.
According to information from the Register, on November 4, G.E. Atakulova, the authorized representative of the candidate for deputy Arslanbek Maliev (district No. 28), filed a complaint. It is related to the posting of a video with negative comments about the candidate on the Facebook pages "Altyn Kazyk" and "Karina Abdibaitova," as well as on Threads — "kyrgyzbalauk."

This complaint was registered on November 4 in the automated information system "Information Accounting Journal" under number 02-053-2025-000450 and was sent for verification to the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Kul region.
After the verification, on November 5, the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Kul region made a decision to refuse to initiate a criminal case, citing paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 27 of the Criminal Procedure Code due to the absence of a crime composition.

Later, on November 7, this complaint was forwarded for consideration to the Working Group dealing with statements and complaints from voters, operating under the Central Commission.

In district No. 28, which covers the Jeti-Oguz and Ton districts and the city of Karakol, 160,181 voters are registered. The boundaries of the district include: the entire city of Karakol; the Jeti-Oguz, Kyzyl-Suu, Orgochor, Barskoon, and Jargyldak districts, as well as the entire rural districts of Kun-Chyghys, B. Mambetov, Ula-Khol, and Ak-Terek in the Ton district.
