16 candidates with disabilities participate in the parliamentary elections

In Kyrgyzstan, on November 30, voting is taking place for the early elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh. A total of 460 candidates are participating in this process, among which 180 are women. Central Election Commission member Akbalyk Jumalieva reported at a briefing that out of the total number of candidates, 16 have disabilities.
Of these, 4 candidates have disabilities of the first and second degrees, while 12 individuals belong to the III group of disabilities. The country is divided into 30 electoral districts, and in each district, 3 deputies will be elected who receive the highest number of votes.
