Early elections to the Jogorku Kenesh took place in Kyrgyzstan. Here's how it went.

On November 30, early elections to the Jogorku Kenesh started in Kyrgyzstan, taking place under updated rules. Current events are reported by Kaktus.media.

10:5830.11.2025We remind you that a violation of election campaigning was recorded at polling station N7416 in the village of Manas: a voter arrived wearing a vest with the candidate's surname, which was considered campaigning. According to the law, campaigning ends 24 hours before the start of voting.

At station 7268 in the village of Kamyshanovka, the system was not operational until 11:06, and the polling station did not accept any voters.

Recently, Dastan Bekeshev reported violations during remote voting, however, the Central Election Commission denied this.

11:3530.11.2025As of 10:00 Bishkek time, voting is taking place at 40 polling stations in various countries, such as Russia, Japan, Korea, and others. So far, 1,559 Kyrgyz citizens have voted.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that 100 polling stations have been opened in 89 cities across 34 countries. Due to the time difference, voting in some places will start later. The last polling station to close will be in San Francisco (10:00 December 1, Bishkek time).

13:5230.11.2025A journalist from Kaktus.media tested remote voting. She and her husband, registered outside of Bishkek, decided to vote remotely due to illness. At polling station 9134 in "Dordoy Plaza," everything went smoothly, although her husband had minor issues with the system, which were quickly resolved.

The president urged citizens to actively participate in the elections, emphasizing that every vote is important for the future of the country.

15:2130.11.2025According to the chairman of the Central Election Commission, Tynchtyk Shainazarov, voter turnout by 14:00 was 815,766, which is 19%. He added that the elections are considered valid even with such a turnout rate.

15:3130.11.2025Voting at the polling station in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky ended at 14:00, where 182 people voted. Voting continues at 92 polling stations outside of Kyrgyzstan.

So far, 8,592 citizens have participated in overseas voting.
