The CEC recognized the early elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh in 12 districts as valid.

At the meeting held on December 7, the Central Election Commission (CEC) summarized the results of the elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in 12 multi-mandate districts, confirming their legitimacy. The protocols of the district electoral commissions and the lists of elected deputies were approved.

The elections took place in districts No. 2, 5, 10, 11, 15, 20, 22, 24, 27, 28, 29, and 30. Complaints and statements were received in some districts by the CEC's coordination group, which were reviewed and recorded in the violation registry. No complaints were received in several districts.

Below is information on each district in ascending order:

District No. 2

In district No. 2, 92 polling stations were created, and 144,594 voters were registered. The turnout was 59,172 people (40.94%).

Elected deputies:

Nineteen complaints were received by the CEC's coordination group for this district, all of which were reviewed, and decisions were made on each.

District No. 5

In district No. 5, 74 polling stations were opened, and 164,881 voters were included in the lists. A total of 52,172 people voted (31.64%).

Elected deputies:

Two statements were received by the coordination group, which were reviewed and included in the registry.

District No. 10

For district No. 10, 106 polling stations were created, and 136,685 voters were registered. The turnout was 63,137 people (46.19%).

Elected deputies:

Thirteen complaints were received for district No. 10, and decisions were made on all.

District No. 11

In district No. 11, 75 polling stations were opened, and 155,495 voters were registered. A total of 44,106 people voted (28.36%).

Elected deputies:

No complaints were received for this district.

District No. 15

In district No. 15, 104 polling stations were created, and 160,200 voters were included in the lists. The turnout was 68,228 people (42.59%).

Elected deputies:

A total of seven complaints were received, and decisions were made on all.

District No. 20

In district No. 20, 64 polling stations were created, and 128,180 voters were included in the lists. A total of 31,602 people voted (24.65%).

Elected deputies:

Nine notifications of violations were received by the district commission, and decisions were made on each.

District No. 22

In district No. 22, 60 polling stations were opened and two additional ones for remote voting. A total of 136,100 voters were included in the lists, and 40,758 people voted (29.95%).

Elected deputies:

A total of three complaints were received, all of which were reviewed and included in the violation registry.

District No. 24

For district No. 24, 60 polling stations were created and four for remote voting. A total of 134,994 people were included in the lists, and 34,309 voters (25.42%) voted.

Elected deputies:

Three complaints were received for the district, and the voting results were annulled at two polling stations. All decisions were included in the violation registry.

District No. 27

In district No. 27, 120 polling stations were established, and 157,463 voters were registered. The turnout was 61,465 people (39.03%).

Elected deputies:

No complaints were received.

District No. 28

In district No. 28, 108 polling stations were opened, and 160,044 voters were registered. A total of 57,677 people voted (36.04%).

Elected deputies:

No statements or complaints were received.

District No. 29

In district No. 29, 102 polling stations were opened, and 137,758 voters were included in the lists. The turnout was 56,307 people (40.87%).

Elected deputies:

No complaints were received by the coordination group.

District No. 30

In district No. 30, 103 polling stations were opened, and 136,461 voters were registered. A total of 62,206 people voted (45.59%).

Elected deputies:

Nine complaints were received by the coordination group, all of which were reviewed and included in the registry.

In summarizing the results, the CEC noted that materials from law enforcement agencies and the prosecutor's office regarding measures taken in response to reports of violations were taken into account, as well as the need for prompt responses from electoral commissions to any incidents during voting.
