The CEC approved the election results for district No. 5: Suleimanov, Isirailev, and Akhmedova become deputies of the ЖК.

The Central Election Commission (CEC) held a meeting where it discussed the results of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in the multi-mandate electoral district No. 5 and made the corresponding decision.

Based on the adopted resolution, the elections in district No. 5 were declared valid, and the protocol with the voting results was approved. According to the results, the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh from this district are:



For the elections in district No. 5, 74 polling stations were created. The voter list included 164,881 people, of which 52,172 voted, which corresponds to 31.64% of the total number of registered voters.
Of this number, 47,892 voters voted at the stations, which constitutes 29.05%, while 4,280 voted remotely, accounting for 2.60%.

In these elections, the CEC registered 14 candidates, all of whom participated in the voting. According to protocol No. 5 of the district election commission dated December 4, 2025, the voting results were distributed as follows:

1. Bargibaeva Jipargul Mukhtarovna – 286 votes (0.56%);

2. Sultanova Salima Ergeshovna – 1,723 votes (3.36%);

3. Isirailov Azamat Almazbekovich – 9,248 votes (18.04%);

4. Akmedova Aigul Abdilkhayevna – 5,225 votes (10.19%);

5. Ormonova Jamal Akkosevna – 908 votes (1.77%);

6. Kamilova Dilbar Zulpuyevna – 756 votes (1.48%);

7. Mamataliyeva Bagdadgul Melikozievna – 1,780 votes (3.47%);

8. Berdikulova Elmira Mamateminovna – 559 votes (1.09%);

9. Isaeva Gulnaz Nazarbaevna – 834 votes (1.63%);

10. Altybaeva Ainuru Toichievna – 1,057 votes (2.06%);

11. Sulaymanov Eldar Nurlanovich – 18,789 votes (36.66%);

12. Aitibayev Kurbanbek Gayipbekovich – 3,678 votes (7.18%);

13. Abdullayev Azizbek Ashimzhanovich – 3,763 votes (7.34%);

14. Murzajigit kyzy Zarema – 1,183 votes (2.31%);

15. “Against all” – 1,463 votes (2.85%).
During the preparation and conduct of the elections in district No. 5, the Coordination Group for Operational Response received a total of 2 statements (complaints). All of them were reviewed, and decisions were made on each, the results of which were recorded in the Register of Complaints and Violations.

Based on protocol No. 5 of the district election commission dated December 4, 2025, and considering the information from law enforcement agencies about the measures taken regarding the statements of violations, the CEC recognized the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in the multi-mandate electoral district No. 5 as valid.

The boundaries of the district cover: the village of Gulbaar in the Kerme-Tos rural district, the Dostuk, Dobo-Korgon, S. Yusupov, and Chek-Abad rural districts of the Aravan region, as well as Osh-MTU-2 and MTU-3 (to the ATr of the village of Kyzyl-Kyshtak) in the city of Osh.

On November 30, voting took place in Kyrgyzstan for the elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh. The country was divided into 30 districts, from each of which 3 deputies were elected to parliament, totaling 90 deputies. The new electoral system includes a gender quota, according to which deputies from one district cannot be represented exclusively by one gender; options of 2 men and 1 woman or 2 women and 1 man are allowed.
