According to this decision, the elections in district No. 22 were declared valid, and the protocol with the voting results was approved. The list of elected deputies includes:
- Bekeshev Dastan Dalabaevich – 17,378 votes (43.08%);
- Ibragimov Bolot Adylbekovich – 8,128 votes (20.15%);
- Kozhokulova Gulya Akhmatkulovna – 1,214 votes (3.01%).
For the elections in district No. 22, 60 polling stations and 2 additional remote voting stations were organized. The voter list included 136,100 people, of which 40,758 voters participated in the voting, which is 29.95% of the total number of registered voters.
At the polling stations in the district, 35,386 people voted, which is 26% of the registry, while 5,372 voters (3.95%) used remote voting.
A total of 16 candidates were registered for the elections in district No. 22, and 15 participated in the voting. According to the protocol of the district election commission No. 22 dated December 5, 2025, the votes were distributed as follows:
1. Atanov Irlan Azizovich – 247 votes (0.61%)
2. Musuraliyev Turatbek Abdilarisovich – 260 votes (0.64%)
3. Abdykadyrov Emilbek Myrzakulovich – 3,704 votes (9.18%)
4. Ibragimov Bolot Adylbekovich – 8,128 votes (20.15%)
5. Uzakova Aida Orozalieva – 904 votes (2.24%)
6. Bekeshev Dastan Dalabaevich – 17,378 votes (43.08%)
7. Kanimetov Samat Kanimetovich – 265 votes (0.66%)
8. Abdyrahmanov Kubanychbek Ishenkadyrovich – 248 votes (0.61%)

During the preparation and conduct of the elections in district No. 22, the Coordination Group for Operational Response received 3 complaints. All of them were considered, and a decision was made on each, with written responses provided. These decisions were registered in the Register of Complaints and Violations.
According to the protocol of the district election commission No. 22, the CEC, based on information about the measures taken regarding complaints of violations during the elections, recognized the elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in the multi-mandate district No. 22 as valid.
On November 30, voting took place in Kyrgyzstan for the elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh. The country was divided into 30 districts, from which 90 deputies were elected to the parliament, receiving the highest number of votes. The new election system implies adherence to the gender quota: at least two deputies of one gender and one deputy of the other gender can be elected from one district.
