The Central Election Commission (CEC) reviewed a request from the authorized representative of the "Yntymak" party, N. Jumashov, for a recount of votes in district No. 22 during its meeting on December 5.
A similar request was made by M. Kalmyrzaev, who asked for a manual recount of ballots at polling stations No. 1102, 1103, 1104, 1106, 1113, 1127, 1133, 1140, and 1142 in the same electoral district.
During the meeting of the Working Group, which addressed complaints from voters and participants in the electoral process, this issue was heard. However, following the discussion, the Working Group recommended denying M. Kalmyrzaev's request, as no grounds for a recount of the ballots were identified in accordance with current legislation.
The CEC, taking into account the recommendations of the Working Group and the existing electoral legislation, also denied M. Kalmyrzaev's application, who represents candidate Emilbek Abdykadyrov.
The following candidates participated in the elections in district No. 22:

On November 30, 2025, voting took place in Kyrgyzstan for the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh. The country was divided into 30 districts, from which three deputies were elected to parliament based on the highest number of votes, totaling 90 deputies. The new electoral system includes a gender quota: deputies from one district must be represented by both men and women — possible combinations are 2 men and 1 woman or 2 women and 1 man.
