The Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic announced the refusal to register Ilyas Amangaziyev, who nominated his candidacy for the multi-mandate electoral district No. 25 in the elections to the Jogorku Kenesh.

In addition, Abdivali uulu Damirbek also received a refusal in registration, who was running in the multi-mandate electoral district No. 12. According to the working group and the Border Service of the KR, he spent 232 days outside the country from October 23, 2022, to October 23, 2023, and another 242 days from October 23, 2023, to October 23, 2024. Based on parts 4 of Article 59 and 11 of Article 61 of the Constitutional Law "On Elections," he was denied.

A similar reason for the refusal of registration was the situation with Venera Koichieva, who nominated herself in district No. 29. Border guards reported that she was absent from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic from October 20, 2021, to October 10, 2022, that is, for 269 days, and also spent 186 days outside the country from October 26, 2022, to October 13, 2023.
