The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of the Kyrgyz Republic announces the upcoming early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, scheduled for November 30, 2025. Citizens located outside the country will be able to use the remote voting mechanism, which will allow them to vote based on their actual location, rather than just their place of registration.

According to the Central Election Commission, the ballot will be formed based on the districts corresponding to the registration addresses of citizens within Kyrgyzstan.

It is important to note that Kyrgyz citizens abroad will not need to register with the consulate to participate in the voting.

The voter identification system will automatically determine their district based on registration data and issue the corresponding ballot. This means that having valid registration within Kyrgyzstan will be extremely important for voting for candidates from their district, as emphasized by the CEC.

If a citizen's registration data indicates an address in a foreign country or if they do not have a permanent address in Kyrgyzstan, they should contact the nearest diplomatic mission by November 19, 2025, to correct the information.

Additionally, voters will be able to check and, if necessary, update their information electronically using the "Voter's Cabinet" service on the official website tizme.gov.kg, after authorization. Applications for changes can also be submitted by November 19, 2025 (inclusive).

The Central Election Commission strongly urges citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic to check their data in advance and take the opportunity to participate in the elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh.
