The Central Election Commission accredited another 54 international observers for the elections to the Jogorku Kenesh.

The Central Election Commission issued accreditation to another 54 international observers on November 2, 2025, who will participate in the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, scheduled for November 30, 2025.

Among the accredited observers were representatives of various organizations:

- Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan,

- Supreme Election Council of the Republic of Turkey,

- Central Election Commission of the Republic of Moldova,

- Central Election Commission of Georgia,

- Central Election Commission of the Republic of Armenia,

- Election Commission of the Republic of Maldives,

- Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina,

- Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

- Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Astana,

- Embassy of the French Republic in the Kyrgyz Republic,

- Representatives of the European Union in the Kyrgyz Republic,

- Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States,

- Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe,

- Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.
Thus, the current number of accredited international observers stands at 127.
