Gulsara Karimova, who submitted her application for registration on October 7, 2025, indicated in her declaration that she is not a religious figure. However, according to information from the National Agency for Religious Affairs and Interethnic Relations, from 2022 to 2024, she held leadership positions in several religious organizations. In particular, Karimova was the head of the religious organization "Kelechek Umma" and the director of the educational center "Siddiq Muhammad Balty," which was registered in 2023.

The Central Election Commission denied the registration of candidate Gulsara Karimova.
The working group of the Central Election Commission concluded that Karimova does not meet the legislative requirements. At the meeting on October 28, the opinion of a representative authorized on behalf of the candidate was heard.

According to part 4 of article 3 of the Constitutional Law "On the Elections of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh," individuals who have held religious positions cannot be nominated for elections for five years after the end of their religious activities. Considering these norms and the conclusions of the working group, the Central Election Commission decided to deny the registration of Gulsara Karimova in constituency No. 12.
