The CEC approved the election results for district No. 10: Zulushov, Omurzakov, and Baatyrova become deputies of the ЖК.

The Central Election Commission (CEC) held a meeting on December 7, during which it discussed the results of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in the multi-mandate electoral district No. 10. As a result of the meeting, a decision was made to recognize the elections in this district as valid, and the protocol on the voting results was approved.

According to the election results in district No. 10, the following candidates were elected as deputies:


To conduct the elections in the district, 106 polling stations were created, and the total number of registered voters amounted to 136,685 people. Of these, 63,137 voters participated in the voting, which corresponds to 46.19% of the total number of registered voters. Among them, 52,275 people voted at the polling stations, which constitutes 38.24%, while 10,862 voters chose remote voting, accounting for 7.95%.

During the elections in electoral district No. 10, 16 candidates were registered, all of whom actively participated in the voting. Protocol No. 10 of the district election commission dated December 3 recorded the distribution of votes among the candidates:

1. Kadyrbek kyzy Nurkyz – 3,202 votes (5.12%);

2. Esenbay uulu Talantbek – 2,976 votes (4.76%);

3. Shaltakova Gulbu Chalovna – 789 votes (1.26%);

4. Ormonov Ulugbek Zulpuqarovich – 6,735 votes (10.78%);

5. Omurzakov Suyunbek Abdildaevich – 7,637 votes (12.22%);

6. Kasymova Nurzida Ababakirovna – 403 votes (0.64%);

7. Attokurov Azret Ali Akylbekovich – 4,288 votes (6.86%);

8. Dyykanbaev Bolotbek Jusupovich – 4,911 votes (7.86%);

9. Narmatova Orozayym Kochkonbaevna – 1,582 votes (2.53%);

10. Samatov Zhyrgalbek Alimbaevich – 1,188 votes (1.90%);

11. Kydyrshaev Damirbek Ermekbaevich – 1,093 votes (1.75%);

12. Zulushyev Kurmankul Toktoralievich – 14,688 votes (23.50%);

13. Karashev Aaly Azimovich – 3,663 votes (5.86%);

14. Bakirov Artur Zhyldyzbekovich – 628 votes (1.00%);

15. Baatyrova Gulnara Marishovna – 3,506 votes (5.61%);

16. Erkebaev Shukurbek Mamazakirovich – 4,930 votes (7.89%);

17. “Against all” – 284 votes (0.45%).
During the preparation and conduct of the elections in district No. 10, 13 complaints were registered, which were carefully considered by the Coordination Group for Operational Response. Written responses were provided for each complaint, and the results were recorded in the Register of Violations.

Based on Protocol No. 10 of the district election commission dated December 3 and information from law enforcement agencies regarding the measures taken in response to the complaints, the CEC recognized the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in district No. 10 as valid.

The boundaries of the electoral district encompass the following areas: fully Bash-Dobonsky, Tort-Kolsky, Iyri-Suysky, Jazinsky, Myrza-Akensky, Kara-Shorovsky, Salom-Alyksky rural districts of the Uzgen district, as well as fully Alaykuysky, Kara-Guzsky, Kara-Kochkorsky, Kara-Kuljinsky, Oi-Talsky, Sary-Bulaksky, and Ylay-Talinsky rural districts of the Kara-Kuljinsky district.

On November 30, voting took place in Kyrgyzstan as part of the elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, in which the country was divided into 30 districts. Each district presented three deputies who received the highest number of votes, totaling 90 deputies. The new election system requires adherence to a gender quota, according to which deputies from one district cannot all be of the same gender — combinations of 2 men and 1 woman or 2 women and 1 man are allowed.
