On November 30, early elections for the Jogorku Kenesh took place, and preliminary results have already been announced. The Central Election Commission is currently conducting a manual vote count and reviewing complaints, as well as data on potential violations.

Tynchtyk Shainazarov, the head of the CEC, noted that despite efforts to ensure transparency, information and video recordings regarding cases of vote buying and selling, as well as the potential involvement of some candidates, have not gone unnoticed.

He emphasized: "We are recording the active dissemination of such data on social media. Many materials are already available to both the CEC and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Some information we are gathering from open sources," he added.

The commission will immediately begin verifying these facts. An analysis of all violations at polling stations, including in district No. 13, will be conducted within the next two to three days, and decisions will be made in strict accordance with current legislation.

Cancellation of Election Results

Based on complaints, the election results in district No. 13 have been annulled due to serious violations at 35 polling stations. The main violations involved observers from candidates unlawfully monitoring voters.

These actions affected the rights of more than 30,260 citizens, which constitutes 39.44% of the total number of voters.
