Tynchtyk Shainazarov, the chairman of the Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan, emphasized the necessity for all candidates to adhere to the law during the election campaign.

He also reported that the CEC has already begun to take action against some candidates who have violated the rules. Shainazarov stressed that the commission will firmly oppose voter bribery, illegal campaigning methods, and actions that could harm the reputation of other participants in the process.

According to him, the organization of early elections for the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh is under special control of President Sadyr Japarov, who places great importance on the integrity and transparency of the electoral process.

“Campaigning must be conducted with respect for both voters and opponents. In case of violations, strict measures will be applied, up to the cancellation of a candidate's registration. There are no untouchables, and everyone is equal before the law,” Shainazarov stated.

He noted that the CEC will act within its powers against all violators, including candidate headquarters and those who spread false information and disinformation.

In conclusion, the chairman of the CEC urged all election participants to comply with the legislation and support fair political competition.
