According to the information from the international observation mission of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), the early elections to the Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyzstan were held in an open and transparent atmosphere, in accordance with international and national standards.

In its statement, the mission emphasized that it congratulates the citizens of Kyrgyzstan on the successful conduct of the elections. The OTS expressed hope that the election results would strengthen stability and prosperity in the country, as well as deepen fraternal ties in the Turkic world.

The mission comprised staff from the OTS secretariat and representatives of central electoral commissions, as well as government bodies from participating countries: Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan.

The activities of the observation mission were conducted in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and international norms regarding elections.

According to the report, the decision of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) to increase the number of overseas polling stations to 100 in 34 countries and 89 cities also contributed to greater inclusivity and accessibility of the elections.

On election day, the mission split into two groups and visited 19 polling stations in Bishkek. During the observation, no interference from administrative or law enforcement bodies was detected, and all necessary measures were taken to ensure the free expression of voters' will.

The mission did not record significant violations that could affect the election results. All visited polling stations maintained order, and the counting of votes and announcement of results were conducted in a timely manner and in accordance with the law. The precinct commissions provided free access to both local and international observers, which contributed to the transparency of the process.

Furthermore, the observers noted the absence of campaign materials at the polling stations and attempts to pressure voters from political forces, as well as the lack of ballot leaks during the voting process. The mission received full access to the polling stations, where commission representatives provided all necessary information.

The polling stations were well equipped with all necessary materials and technical equipment, and conditions were created for convenient access for citizens with disabilities, allowing them to exercise their constitutional rights.

The mission also noted a significant international presence: 788 foreign observers from 58 countries, including delegations from electoral commissions and international organizations, which added a level of trust to the electoral process.

As a result, the international mission of the OTS confirmed that the elections to the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic were held openly and transparently, in accordance with international standards and national legislation.
