Mukhtar Erman, Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Kazakhstan, expressed his congratulations to the people of Kyrgyzstan on the successful conduct of the early elections to the Jogorku Kenesh. He made this statement during a briefing held in Bishkek.
He noted that the electoral process was organized at a high level, starting from the work of the Central Election Commission and ending with the precinct election commissions.
“The organization of the elections was at the highest level. We witnessed the professionalism, clarity, and coordination of all elements of the system. The elections were held in full compliance with the current legislation,” Erman emphasized.
He also noted that Kyrgyzstan created the necessary conditions for the participation of people with disabilities in the voting process, which is an important aspect of the inclusivity of the electoral process.
In addition, Erman reported that the Kazakh delegation noted the high activity of observers from the public. “During our communication with national observers, we did not receive any complaints about the work of the election commissions,” he added.
