Alena Bulgakova, representing the international observation delegation of the SCO, noted the high level of organization of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in Kyrgyzstan. According to her, the preparation and operation of the polling stations meet high standards of openness and accessibility.

Bulgakova also reported on the visit of international observers to several polling stations in Bishkek, where they familiarized themselves with the latest voting system.

“This system is quite clear and transparent for both voters and observers. At each station, there are representatives of candidates and public observers, with whom we hold discussions to gain a complete understanding of the election process,” she added.

She emphasized that the service for citizens is at a high level, including the possibility of remote voting — voters can cast their ballots at any convenient location by presenting a passport or digital document.

“We observe that the state is actively working to improve the accessibility and openness of the electoral process. I also want to note the high standard of video surveillance: cameras with quality broadcasting are installed at each polling station,” said Bulgakova.

In addition, international observers noted the convenience of the location of polling stations in shopping centers, which contributes to increased turnout and simplifies the voting process.

Tomorrow, the final conclusion of the SCO delegation will be presented.
