On November 30, President Sadyr Japarov voted in the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh. He visited polling station No. 1046 in Bishkek, where he fulfilled his civic duty.

After voting, the head of state addressed the citizens, urging them to actively participate in the election process.

According to him, these elections are of particular importance, as the implementation of an automated voting system completely eliminates the human factor.

Japarov noted that previously printed ballots were distributed in advance at polling stations, which created risks for falsifications.

“Previously, extra ballots could be used in the interests of a certain candidate. Now, however, a voter comes to the station, and their ballot is printed only after that.”

The president emphasized that the counting of votes and the formation of results are now carried out using a computer, which guarantees transparency and trust in the election results.

He also added that the automation of elections was not accidental, as all three revolutions in the country occurred precisely because of elections, whether presidential or parliamentary. “That is why we automated this process.”

The head of state expressed confidence that the new system will ensure honesty, openness, and the absence of violations during the elections.
