During the elections, 100 polling stations were opened in 89 cities across 34 countries. The completion of voting occurred at different times due to differences in time zones. Officially, the work of all overseas polling stations was concluded at 10:00 on December 1, Bishkek time. The last polling stations to close were in the USA: in Philadelphia, Chicago, Washington, New York, and the very last one in San Francisco.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed gratitude to all citizens of Kyrgyzstan for their active participation in the elections, and also thanked the members of the electoral commissions and embassy staff for their diligent and responsible work in ensuring the voting rights of compatriots abroad.
