The Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan, Tynchtyk Shainazarov, made a statement regarding the recent early elections for the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh. The information was published by the press service of the CEC.

The elections took place on November 30, and according to him, the organization of the process was completely transparent and complied with all legal norms. He noted that administrative resources were not used to support or hinder candidates, and public servants were called upon to refrain from interfering in the campaigning.

For the first time in the country, a remote voting system was implemented, allowing every voter to participate in the elections.

The voting ended at 8:00 PM, and preliminary results were published just one minute later at 8:01 PM. The entire process was conducted in real-time under public oversight, ensuring its transparency.

Despite this, the CEC cannot ignore reports of possible vote-buying and the involvement of some candidates in such actions. This information is actively discussed on social media, and some materials have already been submitted to the commission and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The CEC is also gathering data from open sources for further verification.

Shainazarov noted that the commission takes into account calls for action on the internet and understands the concerns of citizens. All violations will be checked within 2-3 days, including cases in the 13th district, and decisions will be made in accordance with the law.

The priority for the commissions is to make fair and justified decisions that will help maintain trust in the electoral system and protect the reputation of the state. At this time, citizens are urged to remain calm and avoid hasty conclusions," he added.
