Today, November 30, Tynchtyk Shainazarov, the chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic, cast his vote at polling station No. 9134, located in the Sverdlovsk district of Bishkek.

Since T. Shainazarov is registered in electoral district No. 8 (Osh region), he took advantage of the opportunity for remote voting.

Before casting his vote, the chairman of the CEC visually demonstrated the entire voting process, starting with identification. Voters were reminded that to vote, it is sufficient to present one of three documents: an international passport, a domestic ID passport, or to use the "Tündük" application.
Shainazarov completed his identification through the "Tündük" application and then voted. A ballot was printed for him for district No. 8, and he expressed support for one of the candidates. The entire process took less than a minute, and the system is capable of serving up to 720 voters within 12 hours. If paper for ballots needs to be replaced, the procedure takes only 3-4 seconds.

The chairman emphasized that the automated management system (AMS) operates smoothly at all polling stations, although rare cases related to human factors may occur, which are quickly resolved. He also highlighted the importance of ensuring that the ballot is not bent before being placed in the ballot box.

At the polling station where Shainazarov voted, there were international observers from various countries. He noted that 778 international observers from 58 countries have been accredited for these elections.

After completing his vote, the chairman of the CEC attempted to vote again at another polling station, but the system activated and reported that he had already voted. This prevented the possibility of double voting, which, according to Shainazarov, confirms the reliability of the equipment used.
