Erminingeld Vasilyevich Trjasin was the commander of a battery in the 16th Heavy Mortar Brigade of the 1st Guards Artillery Division of the Reserve of the Supreme Command (RGK) of the 13th Army of the 1st Ukrainian Front, captain.

He was born on November 2 (15), 1911, in the city of Alma-Ata, now Almaty (Almaty), Republic of Kazakhstan, in a family of civil servants.

Russian. He graduated from 10 grades. After finishing technical school, he worked as an engineer in the trust of new agricultural crops. In 1933, he was drafted into active military service and remained in the ranks of the Red Army.

He served in the Red Army from 1933-34 and from 1941 onwards. He was at the front during the Great Patriotic War from February 1942.

From the first months of the Great Patriotic War until its victorious conclusion, E.V. Trjasin was in the active army. He arrived at the front already with good military training after completing advanced officer training courses. In the very first battles against the German-fascist invaders, Captain Trjasin proved himself to be an experienced and brave defender of the Motherland. His courage and resourcefulness were repeatedly noted in front-line newspapers and reported by the radio. For exemplary performance of combat missions from the command, Captain Trjasin was awarded the Orders of the Patriotic War 1st class, the Red Star, and medals.

In August 1943, battles unfolded near the city of Spas-Demensk. Here, Erminingeld Vasilyevich received a serious wound, but after a long recovery in the hospital, he returned to duty.

Captain Erminingeld Trjasin, commander of the battery of the 16th Heavy Mortar Brigade (1st Guards Artillery Division of the RGK, 13th Army, 1st Ukrainian Front), crossed the Oder River in January 1945 with the advanced units near the city of Steinau (now the city of Szczytnawa, Poland) and adjusted the fire of the battery during the crossing and repelling of enemy counterattacks.

After transferring his assigned mortar battery to the left bank of the Oder, Captain Trjasin actively participated in the battles to expand the bridgehead.

By the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated April 10, 1945, for exemplary performance of combat missions from the command on the front of the struggle against the German-fascist invaders and for the courage and heroism displayed in this, Captain Trjasin Erminingeld Vasilyevich was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union with the Order of Lenin and the medal "Gold Star" (No. 8073).

In the award sheet, the commander of the 16th Heavy Mortar Brigade, Saltzyn, wrote: "Thanks to the courage and heroism of Captain Trjasin, his battery, during the capture of the bridgehead and repelling enemy counterattacks, destroyed up to a company of German soldiers, four machine guns, two machine gun points, two mortar batteries, and suppressed the fire of one mortar battery."

Since 1946, E.V. Trjasin lived in the capital of Kyrgyzstan - the city of Frunze (now Bishkek). He worked in the irrigation systems management. He passed away on November 5, 1982. He is buried in the city of Tokmak (Kyrgyzstan).

He was awarded the Order of Lenin, the Orders of the Patriotic War 2nd class, the Red Star, and medals.
