Abdrahimova Nailya Daniyalovna
Born in 1947. Graduated from Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
Currently, she works as the head of the Department of Computer Science and Higher Mathematics at the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. She is a specialist in the analysis and systematization of fuzzy knowledge, expert systems, automatic control systems, and information technologies in economics and management. She has developed algorithms for dynamic planning of water distribution in intra-farm irrigation networks, priority irrigation of agricultural crops, and proposed methods for their implementation in the form of discrete action devices, for which she has received patents for inventions. She has solved the problem of scheduling irrigation. Dynamic planning algorithms have been developed, serving as the basis for creating an information and advisory system for determining the timing and norms of irrigation and means for water distribution.
For her achievements in the field of invention, she has been awarded certificates of merit from the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR and the Council of the All-Union Society of Inventors and Rationalizers, an honorary diploma from the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the badge "Excellence in Education of the KR," the "Labor Veteran" medal, and the silver medal from the Academy of Management under the President of the KR.
She has published more than 80 scientific works, 5 methodological papers, and 1 textbook for higher educational institutions. She is the author of 7 inventions, 4 patents, 2 of which have been implemented in production.
