Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, full member of the New York Academy, Honored Scientist of the Kyrgyz Republic, laureate of the State Prize of the Kyrgyz Republic in Science and Technology, inventor of the USSR.
Born in 1940. In 1966, he graduated from the Saratov Polytechnic Institute.
Currently, he is the director of the Institute of Automation and Information Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
He has achieved new results in the problems of decomposition, optimization, and adaptation of a special class of automatic systems with variable, small-parameter perturbed movements, and has developed constructive methods for synthesizing quasi-optimal regulators for this class of multidimensional control objects with peculiarities in states and control. His works pay special attention to new, previously undeveloped problems of optimal control of singularly perturbed dynamic systems.
He has received numerous certificates of honor and government awards from various ministries and societies of the USSR and the Kyrgyz Republic.
Awarded the Order of Manas, 3rd class, and the medals "Dank" and "Veteran of Labor".
Under his supervision, 7 doctoral and 12 candidate dissertations have been defended.
