Ermek Kazakov has been appointed Deputy Head of the country's Social Fund.
This position was held by [url=https://24.kg/obschestvo/213434_naznachenyi_troe_zamestiteley_predsedatelya_sotsfonda_bahtiyara_alieva/]Ulan Juma uulu since November 2021.
Ermek Kazakov began his career at the Social Fund immediately after graduating from university and has risen to the level of department head over the years.
Changes also affected the embassies of Kyrgyzstan in Iran and Kazakhstan.
Akyilbek Kilychev has become the new Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as the Permanent Representative of the KR to the Organization for Economic Cooperation in Tehran.
Turdakun Sydykov had held the position of ambassador to Iran since 2021.
Akyilbek Kilychev has been with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since March 1996. In 1998, he underwent training at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt. He previously worked at the Kyrgyz diplomatic mission in Iran in positions such as First Secretary, Counselor, and Acting Ambassador. In 2023, he took up the position of Rector of the Kazi Dikambaev Diplomatic Academy.
The new ambassador to Kazakhstan is Kudaybergen Bazarbaev, who previously headed the State Agency for Public Service and Local Self-Government.
Dastan Dyushekeev was relieved of his duties as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan upon the completion of his diplomatic service.
Nursultan Tajibaev has been appointed Mayor of the city of Gulcho.
Previously, he served as the head of the rural administration of the Alay district in the Osh region.
By the way, Gulcho recently received city status.
Personnel appointments also took place in the Osh city administration.
Cadet Ashim uulu has been appointed head of the urban planning and municipal property department. He previously worked as a leading specialist in the municipal department of economics and finance.
Khanbiike Asanova has been appointed head of the municipal department of social development, coming from the personnel reserve of the city administration.
