October marked itself with contradictory signals, which is related to the high base of 2024:
The output of fabrics amounted to 3,339.6 thousand sq. m with an index of 94.3, indicating a slight decrease compared to previous months, despite significant overall growth.
Production of men's outerwear reached 557.0 thousand units with an index of 107.3, indicating stable growth.
For women's outerwear, this figure was 2,039.3 thousand units and an index of 113.0, indicating a significantly higher growth rate than in the men's segment.
In the underwear segment (non-knitwear), a decline is observed: production amounted to 1,868.0 thousand units with an index of 90.4, indicating local weakness in this category.
The output of leather without hair amounted to 224.9 thousand sq. dm, with an index of 64.5 — this is a sharp reduction in volumes in the raw material and semi-finished segments.
Shoe production also noticeably fell: only 303.5 thousand pairs, with an index of 40.7, which is a significant decrease against the high base of October 2024 (index 172.0).
