The main factor behind this growth was the increase in the production of building materials, which amounted to 31.3%. Within this area, the following indicators stand out:
- cement — an increase of 29.3%;
- products made of concrete, gypsum, and cement — an increase of 41.5%;
- rubber and plastic products — an increase of 36.8%.
In the sector of wood and paper products, as well as in the printing industry, production volume increased by 28.7%. This was made possible by the following changes:
- growth in printing products — by 1.5 times;
- increase in wood processing volumes and production of wood products — by 13.3%.
The construction sector continues to be the main driver of growth in the field of non-metallic materials, while in the woodworking and paper industries, the leading position is held by printing, supported by a steady increase in production in the woodworking sector.
