- According to information provided by the EDB (October 2025), there is a change in the structure of industrial logistics in the Eurasian region, based on industries and business scales.

Recently, there has been a trend in the region where companies are outsourcing part of their logistics processes to external operators. For example, light industry enterprises are increasingly starting to rent warehouses in industrial zones or free economic zones, sharing infrastructure with other organizations.

The main clients of the warehouse market in the industrial sector are companies from the food and light industries, including textiles and the production of consumer goods.

“In Kyrgyzstan, there is active growth in the textile cluster encompassing Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. Currently, the share of finished products in Kyrgyzstan's textile exports has reached 80%, leading to increased demand for local distribution centers and marketplaces for product sales. This, in turn, stimulates the development of warehouse logistics, including cross-docking platforms for consolidating shipments abroad,” the report notes.
