This growth was made possible by an increase in the production of medicines, which rose by 2.4 times, as well as veterinary vaccines, which jumped by 1.6 times.
The food industry sector, including beverages and tobacco products, showed a growth of 40.1%. The main factors contributing to this growth were:
- non-alcoholic beverages — an increase of 1.6 times;
- pasta — growth of 1.5 times;
- vegetable oils and fats — an increase of 10.7%;
- baked goods and pastries — an increase of 8.2%;
- flour and cereals — growth of 7.5%;
- meat products — an increase of 1.2%;
- distilled alcoholic beverages, purification and blending of spirits — growth of 26.4%.
As industry statistics indicate, the pharmaceutical sector continues to be the main driver of growth, while significant increases in the food industry are observed across multiple product groups.
