On the way to the waterfall, there is a breathtaking view of the Jyrgalan valley and the village as a whole.
There are geological trails leading all the way to the waterfall. These earthen geological cuts were made back in Soviet times and were used by geological exploration teams. Now, they are used by tourists.
From the Freeride base in Jyrgalan to the waterfall is 14.8 km.
The waterfall has a height of 2375 meters and flows into the Kok-Bel River. Kok-Bel is vital as a water source for various herds in the Jyrgalan valley.
Through the passes between the peaks of Kok-Bel (2600 m) and Asan-Tukum (3600 m) on the same ridge of the gorge, one can descend into the neighboring Chon-Kyzyl-Suu gorge. A beautiful road leads to the Kok-Bel pass, from where a fantastic panorama of the Kungey-Alatoo mountains, which belong to the northern range of the Tien Shan, opens up.
