“The condition of this school is extremely unsatisfactory. The use of a residential house as an educational institution does not comply with sanitary norms and educational standards,” the deputy emphasized.
In addition, Talieva reported on the lack of a kindergarten in the village, which, in her opinion, negatively affects the preparation of children for school. Local residents are requesting the construction of an elementary school and a kindergarten.
The deputy also raised the issue of the possibility of granting the village the status of a border settlement, which, according to residents, would help improve the situation.
In the village of Muras, according to Talieva, it is necessary to open an emergency medical service point, as the distance from the settlement to the center of the ayil okmotu is about 40 km, and local residents face difficulties in obtaining medical assistance. The deputy noted that there is a suitable building for the point, but the issue of providing medications needs to be resolved.
Talieva also pointed out the need to construct a new building for family doctors group No. 10, as the current premises are in unsatisfactory condition.
She addressed the problem of delayed salary payments to the builders working on the construction of a sports complex in one of the villages of the Leilek district. According to her, the workers are not receiving payment from the contracting organization. The deputy called for monitoring this situation.
She also reported on the necessity of drilling two wells in the village of Bauyl in the Leilek ayil aimak, where there is a serious shortage of water.
In conclusion, Talieva mentioned the condition of the building of family doctors center No. 18 in the village of Jashtyk, which also requires attention.
