According to data from the National Statistical Committee, the average nominal salary of one employee (excluding small enterprises) in Kyrgyzstan from January to September 2025 amounted to 42,757 soms.
This figure has increased by 19.5% compared to the same period in 2024.
Taking inflation into account, the real salary has increased by 10.9%, indicating a rise in the purchasing power of workers.
The growth rate of the average monthly nominal salary is observed in all sectors of the economy. The most significant increases were recorded in the following areas:
- Real estate operations — an increase of 35.9%;
- Construction industry — 34.7%;
- Administrative and support services — 29.1%;
- Professional, scientific, and technical activities — 29.0%;
- Public administration, defense, and compulsory social security — 26.9%;
- Healthcare and social services — 26.2%;
- Hospitality and restaurant business — 24.0%;
- Financial intermediation and insurance — 18.3%.
