According to preliminary data, the gross domestic product (GDP) of Kyrgyzstan for the period from January to October 2025 amounted to 1,427.4 billion soms, which is 10% more than in the same period of 2024. This information was announced at a press conference at the National Statistical Committee.

The GDP growth was achieved thanks to the dynamic development of commodity production, the service sector, and an increase in net taxes on products. In particular, the growth rates in commodity production increased by 11.3%, in the service sector by 8.8%, and net taxes on products rose by 10.8% compared to January-October of the previous year.

Analysis of the GDP structure shows that the largest share (49.6%) is accounted for by services, which is 1.3 percentage points lower compared to the same period last year. At the same time, the share of commodity production increased by 1.8 percentage points to 35.4%. The share of construction also increased, rising by 1.2 percentage points, while the share of industry grew by 1.0 percentage points. However, the share of agriculture, on the contrary, decreased by 0.4 percentage points.

It is important to note that preliminary GDP estimates allow for monitoring economic trends and are based on changes in production indices in key sectors such as agriculture, industry, construction, as well as in the fields of trade, hotel and restaurant business, transport, and communications.

The total share of these sectors in the GDP structure is approximately 55%.
