In the past month, 26 families in Kyrgyzstan have become homeowners thanks to the mortgage product "Kelechek," which is becoming increasingly popular among citizens in need of financial assistance for the down payment. This was reported by the State Joint Stock Company "Guarantee Fund."
As of December 17, 2025, since the launch of the "Kelechek" program, 78 guarantees have been issued totaling over 94.2 million soms, enabling the receipt of mortgage loans amounting to more than 379.1 million soms.
As clarified by the organization, the "Kelechek" mortgage guarantee can be obtained from six partner banks: OJSC "Aiyl Bank," OJSC "Eldik Bank," OJSC "MBank," OJSC "Dos-Kredobank," CJSC "Commercial Bank KSB," and CJSC "Demir Kyrgyz International Bank."
The main conditions for participation in the "Kelechek" program are as follows:
- required work experience or entrepreneurial activity of at least 12 months;
- the maximum amount of mortgage financing is 10,000,000 soms;
- the guarantee can cover up to 30% of the property value;
- the commission fee is 2% of the guarantee amount.
