The Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration reported that until March 2025, the amount of social assistance was 100,000 soms. From 2022 to 2024, 32,226 families benefited from the social contract. With the support of President Sadyr Japarov, the amount of payments was increased to 150,000 soms starting in March. After that, an additional 10,185 families joined the program. More than 70% of participants directed the funds received towards the development of agriculture, trade, production, and services.

In 2025, 13,333 low-income families were able to receive a social contract for the amount of 150,000 soms. As of October 1, 2025, 10,185 social contracts had been concluded across the country.

Starting in 2024, a new support measure was introduced for successful participants of the social contract — interest-free loans of up to 200,000 soms for a term of three years, provided through the state banks "Aiyl Bank" and "Eldik Bank".
The loans can be used in any area of entrepreneurship, with no repayment required for the first three months. The state covers 4% of the bank's expenses.
As a result of 2024, 105 successful participants received interest-free loans. In 2025, it is planned to provide such loans to 1,000 participants of the social contract. As of September 2, 2025, 680 citizens had already benefited from this support.

Over three years, 3 billion 398 million 300 thousand soms were allocated from the republican budget to support families under the social contract. The World Bank also financed the participation of an additional 3,000 families. As a result, from 2022 to 2024, 35,226 social contracts were concluded.
Distribution of budget funds by year:
- 2022 — 292 million soms (2,800 families);
- 2023 — 1 billion 36 million soms (10,000 families);
- 2024 — 2 billion 70 million 300 thousand soms (19,426 families).
- 73.3% — in agriculture,
- 13.8% — in manufacturing,
- 6.7% — in trade,
- 6.2% — in services.

Current Data as of 2025
As of November 10, 2025, 12,201 social contracts have been concluded across the republic. The largest number of projects has been implemented in agriculture — 9,373. In the services sector — 1,112 projects, in manufacturing — 925, in trade — 727.
Among the 12,201 participants in the program, 10,902 are women, highlighting the importance of the social contract for the economic support of women and the development of their entrepreneurship. For 2025, a quota of 13,333 program participants has been established.

The effectiveness of the program's implementation is confirmed by both quantitative indicators and real success stories, thanks to which the quality of life for thousands of families across the country has significantly improved.
