The total loan amount is 200 million soms, with the participation of partner banks: OJSC "Aiyl Bank" and OJSC "Eldik Bank."
As of November 13, 2025, 14.38 million soms have been issued (~7.2% of the total limit).
The number of borrowers is 115.
The average loan amount per borrower is approximately 125 thousand soms.
The main goal of this program is to assist in the gasification of the city of Bishkek and the settlements of the Chui region by providing affordable financing for connections and related infrastructure.
