The event was held on January 15 at the State Uzbek Academic Musical Drama Theater named after Babur. It was aimed at supporting the agricultural sector and enhancing the skills of farmers.
The fair was organized as part of the project "Partnership in Irrigation in the Fergana Valley," and important figures such as the First Deputy Presidential Representative in the Osh region, Ilyaz Tashbaev, as well as numerous entrepreneurs and farmers participated.
Ilyaz Tashbaev emphasized that this event is not just an exhibition, but an important platform for sharing experiences, expanding knowledge, and opening new opportunities for agriculture.
According to him, one of the key tasks of the fair was to familiarize participants with modern irrigation technologies, provide information about available financial instruments, and facilitate direct contacts between producers, financial institutions, and consultants.
As of 2025, more than 400 hectares of modern irrigation systems have already been implemented in the region. Plans are in place to increase this area to 600 hectares by 2026.
