Kyrgyz Stock Exchange Demonstrated Historic Record in 2025

The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange (KSE) held a final press conference where it announced the results of its activities for the year 2025. This year was significant for the exchange as a number of historical records were set: the total trading volume amounted to 219.7 billion soms, which is double the level of 2024 when it was 109.7 billion soms.

Positive dynamics were observed in all major segments in 2025:

● Listing sector: trading volume amounted to 200.3 billion soms, increasing by 108.5 billion compared to 2024.
● Corporate securities: trading volume reached 211.9 billion soms, corresponding to 2,256 transactions, while in 2024 this figure was 103.6 billion soms with 1,776 transactions.
● Government securities (GS) showed growth to 7.5 billion soms compared to 3.7 billion in 2024.
● The trading volume of shares amounted to 210 billion soms, significantly exceeding 102.6 billion soms in 2024.
● Bonds: the volume increased to 1.9 billion soms from 983.2 million in 2024.
● The primary market also demonstrated growth to 206.1 billion soms (1,155 transactions), compared to 99.2 billion (987 transactions) in 2024.
● The secondary market amounted to 5.7 billion soms (1,101 transactions) compared to 4.4 billion (789 transactions) in the previous year.
● The non-listed sector: trading volume amounted to 11.5 billion soms, slightly below the level of 2024 (11.8 billion).
● The KSE index at the end of the year reached 6,304.21 points, which is 54.76 percent higher than in 2024 when it was 4,073.94 points.
● Market capitalization reached 219.6 billion soms, significantly exceeding 141.9 billion in 2024.
