"Alyppe" Published for Kyrgyz Children in the USA

Students of the International University "Atatürk-Alatoo" have published a manual titled "Alippe" for teaching the Kyrgyz language to the children of Kyrgyzstanis living in America. This was announced on March 19 at a press conference in Bishkek.
According to the author Zarina Sakhidinova, the book contains proverbs and legends of the Kyrgyz people. It differs from the standard "Alippe" with its concise content and colorful illustrations.
"The idea came from compatriots living in Cincinnati (Ohio, USA), who have started families and want to create conditions for learning their native Kyrgyz language," said development manager of "Zamandash" Nargiza Dyushenbaeva.
The first part of the book was released with a print run of 300 copies.
The authors are Zarina Sakhidinova and Nurak Eshenkulov.
